2. SOBRE PAGAMENTO
As moedas aceitas são: BRL e USD.
O pagamento é feito 50% antes da comissão e 50% depois, mas também podem ser 100% adiantados.
Pagamento feito via PIX ou Paypal.
NÃO ME MANDE NENHUM PAGAMENTO A NÃO SER QUE EU CONCORDE QUE VOU REALIZAR A SUA COMISSÃO!
3. SOBRE O PROCESSO E ENTREGA
Quando começar a sua comissão você será avisado. Vou enviar esboços de como está ficando, portanto, você perderá o direito ao reembolso.
Você tem direito a 4 alterações significativas no desenho (como alteração de pose, formato do corpo, alteração de sexo e etc.), ao passar das 4, você será cobrado a cada alteração por um preço de R$15,00.
O tempo que leva para terminar a sua comissão varia de uma semana até dois meses, dependendo de fatores como: saúde, complexidade da obra, fila de comissões. entre outros.
Se eu atrasar a comissão, avisarei.
Assim que a comissão estiver pronta, a enviarei por email para você em alta resolução.
4. SATISFAÇÃO DO CLIENTE
Se você tiver algum problema com relação à comissão, informe-me imediatamente para que possamos encontrar uma solução juntos.
5.POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO/CANCELAMENTO
O comprador não tem direito a reembolso depois que eu começo a trabalhar na comissão.
Se por algum motivo eu não conseguir iniciar sua comissão, você receberá um reembolso total.
Se você cancelar seu pedido antes de eu iniciá-lo, você poderá receber um reembolso total.

5.REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
The buyer is not entitled to a refund once I start working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to initiate your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I start it, you may receive a full refund.
